Sandy Tabert was recognized at the Annual Helping Hands Awards Program by the Benton Community Foundation for her service to Habitat for Humanity. Sandy has spent many hours helping our partner family with their new home. The house is currently under construction in Fowler.

Habitat for Humanity of Benton, Fountain, and Warren Counties is pleased to announce that Judy Nehrig of Benton County has been hired as the Administrative Assistant for the organization. The Administrative Assistant will work part-time out of the Habitat office, located at the Pine Village United Methodist Church, and will provide general assistance to the affiliate during the 2010 build in Fowler, now in progress. Our Fowler build for 2010 is gearing up and will be beginning soon! We're happy to announce our Construction Coordinator for this project will be Carl Allison of Warren County. Our other key people for organizing help are: Volunteer Coordinator Marion Kincade (884-8337) and Food Coordinators Diane Miller (884-1331) and Gail Guthridge (884-1126). We need churches and individuals to volunteer their time and talent to help Habitat. Call one of these individuals or the Habitat office at 385-2822 to see how YOU can help.
