Remember, to qualify for a Habitat home, you must meet the following criteria:
1. Need for housing: present housing is inadequate in some way. It might be in poor repair, over-crowded, or too expensive.
2. Ability to repay the mortgage loan: a steady income (too low to secure a traditional home loan and within Habitat’s general guidelines) that would allow enough to make your monthly (no interest) house payment to Habitat. Expenses, debt, and credit report are also considered.
3. Willingness to partner with Habitat: perform 200 hours of Sweat Equity per adult member of the household, working on your home and other Habitat and community projects.

Plan to attend if you or someone you know might be interested in pursuing a Habitat home.
